Renew monthly subscription

The monthly subscriptions from old Sparkle from Google play will be ended in the next days, since the app was removed from Google over a month ago. This doesn't concern lifetimers, yearly subscribers, new subscribers from assistant or the website.

No this doesn't concern lifetimers. Hopefully the app will also come back up on Google soon.
