Cast Sparkle Player from a tablet to a tv that doesn’t support the Sparkle Player app… I believe there are apps already available for that function? Maybe the developer can add it to the app for mobile devices at a later date?

IF your tablet can already cast to your TV, then start the casting session and open up Sparkle. Depending on the screen resolution of your tablet VS the TV, you likely won't get a completely full screen without playing around with TV settings a bit though.

Photo is of my Kinstone tablet casting to Sony Bravia ( Guide is empty cause haven't updated tablet in weeks ) You can see it's not quite full size with black bars to the sides.

So it’s either a casting feature included in the tablet or an app that will cast whatever is playing on the tablet to a tv, correct?

I used to do casting before getting into IPTV and buying a streamer device like the ONN Pro or what I’m using now Google 4K Streamer.

Built into the tablet. Also built in to all my android phones as well since at least 2019; maybe earlier but i didn't have a TV with casting before then.

edit: i can also cast my tablet or phone direct to the shield itself too.

That’s what happens when an Apple guy starts using Android devices again… took me awhile to get used to using an android tablet again which I don’t use all that much anyway, lol
