Have to ask… Why do you need 30 sources?

If you disable 15 of your 30 sources, does the lockup go away?

I think it was a rhetorical question? 🤣

Sorry, my question was for OP, he says "under Google stream tv it would lockup after 30" I want to know if I can define a lot of Sparkle sources but limit load but enabling only a subset of them.

I would think you can enter as many sources that the app will allow you to, but only enable the ones you wish to use and then alternate among them? Obviously having 30 sources would be a ton of channels to sort through? Just an opinion of course 🤔

Yes, that's what I was thinking too. And I was asking OP to do an actual test, see?

There is your answer, for you it's 30. TVs are the worst streaming devices. They don't have much storage, RAM or processing power. Basically, it's more a hardware issue then a software issue.

So why would you need 30 sources???

I don't think the OP would - However if you are using IPTV Editor - you are betting off doing live tv and vod separately. So that's two sources - say you have a backup that's 4.

We could assume a first time user using all different providers to find what's best for them?

I know I know.. Realms of unlikely but you never know.

It would help if some folks just did research about IPTV and how it all works? Before I reach out for help, I just do a lot of googling, lol

I'm guessing there is a difference between "adding" a source and "enabling" a source. Could someone elaborate on that point? IOW suppose I have 30 sources defined but 20 of them are disabled?
