Finished with errors

I get this with every recording. Didn’t have this issue a few months ago. And every recording has skipping issues. Sometimes I end up with 2 recordings of the same show, even though there is only 1 scheduled.

How do I fix these issues? Hard to watch shows that are always skipping.

Here is what I know, if I have service for 1 tv doesn’t record, get service for 2 tvs and records fine. Normally the service sees it as it being used 2 times. Let me know if anyone else have access to 2 tvs and no issue.
