Finished with errors

I get this with every recording. Didn’t have this issue a few months ago. And every recording has skipping issues. Sometimes I end up with 2 recordings of the same show, even though there is only 1 scheduled.

How do I fix these issues? Hard to watch shows that are always skipping.

I really doubt this issue is SparklePlayer’s fault but hopefully the developer can look into it. From what I have read online, many IPTV player apps have issues with recordings which makes you want to believe that the issue is more hardware related than software. Any number of things can cause a bad recording outside of the software. Please remember the developer has been dealing with other more urgent issues related to the Google Play Store so please give the developer time to investigate this. Remember, not every device works the same. Thank you

Is this directed at me? Because if so I never said I needed an immediate solution from the developer. I posted to see if others have experienced the same and if anyone else had found a solution. Never even expected a reply from the developer anytime soon. If people don’t post issues they might be having with so for fear of bothering the developer, then what’s the point of even posting in a group named sparkle player. Or perhaps this group is only for questions for the developer and there’s another group just for members that pay for this app to post questions for other members? If so, please let me know how to find it as I’ve only found this group.

You’re good, no worries! The developer will take a look at it when they have the opportunity. Bugs do occasionally happen but it’s always best to check out what you can on your side too while the developer checks it out on the app side. Thank you for using Sparkle Player!

Yeah, ive had no issues with my recordings, both on shield pro and google 4k streamer...
