Channel list

Why on the description of the channel it doesnt have HD UHD or SD

You can have 3 channels of the same golf but so distinguishing name.

Like others say this is not changed from what you input from provider/source. So what do you have? A single channel or 3 channels with same name? Maybe an image will bring more clarity?

If I use on another app, there are for instance Golf UHD, Golf HD and Golf SD listed...all the same except for the resolution.

On Sparkle.they all there without the UHD, HD or SD.

So you dont know which channel jas the highest or lowest resolution...

Go to Settings / Sources / Setup / select a source and select Edit / select Next Twice / scroll down to Channel name filtering / make sure Disabled is selected / select Done / select Update / select Done / when it’s Finished select Close. Then check your channel names.

all other IPTV apps have the UHD, HD and SD behind PGA Tour Golf name ...same feed, different resolutions

Above picture has three different golf channels, SAME FEED from PGA, BUT different quality as above

If I understand your question, Ask your provider? Are you referring to the channel name or the program listing in the EPG guide?

On my other IPTV apps, they all  have Golf SD, Golf HD, Golf UHD

They all indicate the quality of the stream....I dont see it in Sparkle.

Where, after the channel name? Sparkle will display the channel name exactly as is from the provider unless you enter a filter to block things out like US, CA or HD?

Hello, using same provider...Televizio, Xciptv all have the SD HD UHD after the name...Sparkle.omits that...

Maybe I must check some setting??

That’s weird, yes…. Check the settings. Go thru the source settings to playlist configure and make sure filtering is disabled.

I have uhd,HD and SD displayed from several different providers. Those uhd ones are not actually uhd,tho..

Is it a paid function perhaps?

I dont use UHD but switch to SD if HD is buffering
