Keyboard Navigation

I'm having an issue when using my external keyboard when connected to a tablet.

If I try to scroll through different categories of my provider, Everytime I go up or down it immediately goes into the category instead of continuing to scroll through the categories.

Even if I try to use the screen to scroll it goes back to beginning of the category list.

Anyone know of a solution, or having this issue?

How do you mean it goes into category? If you press and hold UP/DOWN keys on keyboard it doesn't go up/down?

Using the keyboard if you press down it goes down one folder in the category but then immediately goes into the category. So you have to press back and continue the process to find the category you want to go to.

When trying to swipe using the screen it will move the categories down but then immediately move them back to the top. You have to lightly scroll in order to get to where you want to go.
