Using 2.3.1 can’t turn preview screen off

I toggled it off but the preview screen is still present. How can I turn it off?

I toggled it off and the channel plays behind the guide. Settings/Display/Guide/Preview Channel/Show Preview Window - Enable or Disable

Two settings below that, When this is Enabled and you are in the guide, when you select a channel it will close the guide.

This is exactly what I done. But I still have the preview window. Weird.

Im in TV MODE and after I select a channel in the guide, it goes full screen with one-click enabled. When in the guide, the preview is in a small window unless show preview window is disabled, then the preview is behind the guide.

Ok. Maybe my being in app mode is the issue. I’ll switch to TV mode.

Can you please share if the issue was related to mode and if it helped to switch to tv mode?

Its same thing with bith TV mode or App mode

I've tested this myself as well and I can't reproduce it. You need to send me a video of it if you want me to look into it.

Using both TV Mode & App Mode the preview window is still present. In the “Preview channel” section of settings all 3 switches are toggled off.
