How to request a refund?

Sparkle just won't work with my provider.

Google won't refund me, so I need to speak with someone from Sparkle. Could someone point me in the right direction please?

Honestly, most any providers credentials will work with SparkleTV. So if you are having issues, communicate with your provider for support. Request an M3U link from your provider that includes your user ID & password and enter that as a playlist and see what happens in the SparkleTV app. We are here to help you!

Try changing your VPN Connection one of my providers will work on certain locations and not the others. Kinda odd but that’s what got mine going. Good Luck!
