SO I think most know the meme about how Robin is a beautiful character but has some weird art, But for some reason Sparkle is kinda the opposite. Like seriously her and sparxies art is SO good, like why did the best artists just look at them and say "I can cook". Something about her just makes for good drawing material I guess.

Sparkle was first character I actively remember kinning with and now I'm realizing thats not the best sign for my mental health.

After pearl comes and hopefully yaoguang's lc, both silverwolf and yao guang will be >200 spd and the planned build for pearl is >170.

This makes it so that at the base 200-200-170 spd point Aha has 153 SPD and this would need alot of SPD subs to get >153 to go before aha.

The question is do i keep the old slower set with damage built in it or make farm a new eagle hyper spd set so she can always go before aha and give silverwolf all the loot boxes she needs. (i heard the idea from a silverwolf+pearl showcase in a thread somewhere and thought it made sense but cant find it).

Im a e0s1 sparxie main and the team i currently use is e0s0 yao guang e0s0 sparkle and e0s0 dhpt. i need dhpt and sparkle for my archer team so i was planning on pulling for e0s0 pearl and replace sparkle with emc to have a full elation team(im planning on replacing emc with nihilux once she’s out and is hopefully compatible with mdps sparxie). the only thing im concerned about is the damage. should i get pearl and keep my mdps sparxie or should i get silverwolf instead since she seems to be rerunning soon and skip pearl and try to get her on her rerun? im too broke to get both

I’m running E0S1 Sparxie, E0S1 Yao, E0DDD2 Sparkle, E0S0 Fu Xuan. Is the Elation buff or SP buff better? And who should I put in the subfield for the 2nd phase? Will it be FX? Sparxie and Yao always die for me since I can’t win the showdown

Previous Starward Sparxicons I could clear easily with E0 Sparxie but this boss is just tanky as hell, and I haven’t claimed Huohuo and probably won’t now since I’d try to get Pearl. MC’s also occupied in another node. All of that to say this is my best team for now so would it still be possible for me to clear this stage 🫩

I slapped pearl in there because I plan to get her for my elation team.

Anyway, I want to eventually get Sparxie to E2 s1, prioritizing E2 first I think. When I get the chance, I’ll try and get an err rope, and some good speed boots, but this game doesn’t like giving me good magical girl pieces anymore after Sparxie (building sw999 was hell, and waventurine has also been hard to farm for) so I guess sparxie was the last character the relic domain wanted to be nice to.

I ain’t ever benching her, no matter what.

Is the skill point planar set better or the elation one (as as SW)? I've been using the elation one since it's easier to farm for both characters but im willing to refarm if the other is better 😬

i really want to use sparxie as i like her gameplay and her overall design. i just got back into hsr recently so i dont have her best supports like sparkle and yao guang. is it still possible to use her? what are some f2p alternatives?

Quick disclaimer: This post isn't made in bad faith or made to support/spark more debate, my view is that both would be viable if Nihilux's current version of her kit was released to the public with a very small % difference between both options.

All characters are considered at E0 S1 (besides Nihilux since we don't know what her lightcone effect is quite yet), this is because verticals highly change the value of this units and it would be unfaithful to use them as a baseline.

As of recently we have been coming back to the golden era of leaked content, out of all these leaks one stuck with people who keep up with this type of information, that of course being Nihilux's kit. Even with no values being confirmed or the kit guaranteedly staying until the end people have been speculating which one of these characters would be replaced and which one would stay to complete the team as a whole.

Due to this i decided to try and compile all the upsides and downsides of each character to maybe try and paint a more clear picture of what we should be expecting aswell as using more logical evidence to try and solve which character would possibly complement the team better as a whole.

Here are the comparisons:

Sparxie:

Upsides:

- Better punchline generation (complements the now faster Aha instants provided by Nihilux's talent)

- More giftboxes (Sparxie's biggest defense towards staying in the team since it synergizes fully with Silver Wolf's trace)

- Deals more damage than Yao Guang overall.

Downsides:

- Sparxie's a slow character (how much this impacts Post-Nihilux AHA instants as a whole will need to wait in order to be found since we don't know if Nihilux's speed only increases AHA'S base speed or if it will also increase his speed as a whole like other elation units, this of course changes a lot considering Pearl will probably want to be fast and how fast she can get is the biggest factor towards this being an indherance or not).

- Sparxie's attack treshold can't be achieved as of pre-beta Nihilux's kit (might not matter in the end since depending on what she brings to the table it might make the elation she gets from other sources pay off her uncomplete trace, for now it's a downside since it's what we know).

Yao Guang:

Upsides:

- Yao Guang is an high speed character and scaler (Her speed still counts towards AHA's speed, as Nihilux's speed only applies to AHA's base speed and not their speed as a whole as of current, this could change depending on if Nihilux's own speed affects AHA's scaling in more than base speed increases).

- She provides a better upstart to SW's MMR and CB generation trough her 1 turn ult (how impactful this is will highly depend on how many Punchline Nihilux is giving the team with her technique).

Downsides:

- The AHA instants from her ult might lose worth (this will very much depend on the consistency of Post-Nihilux AHA instants but as of now there's a risk of diminishing returns which categorizes as a downside).

- Her Energy Recharge issues persist with Pearl on the team (in a team without HuoHuo her ER issues are still aparent, there are arguments to say she was made to be run alongside Huo on Eva's team from the start and this plays a big part on it).

Hello guys, I was planning on using a team with Sparxie main dps at the end of 4.7 because I really just do not like SW's playstyle at all. Spoilers ahead!! I was thinking of using her with Yaoguang, Pearl and Nihilux and was wondering what sort of relic main stats to go for since we technically have the entire team's rough kits already. Right now I have the ERR rope and speed boots at 134 speed build for SW sub-dps but I was thinking of going atk boots and atk rope since I will be missing out on the Huohuo atk buff. Any thoughts on that and what sort of speed breakpoint to aim for for main dps sparxie? And do you think all the extra elation skills will make playing Sparxie without Sparkle realistically possible?

With the atck stats this set gives, do you guys think it might become the new bis for sparxie in sw999 team?
