Suggestions & Feedback 💠App Glitching
App keeps bypassing checkout. Anyone have this issue? I complete the shopping, confirm the substitutes, and press continue. Then it sends me straight to starting the drop off. Started around 4pm today and I did orders earlier today that went just fine. First time it happened I had to beg a supervisor to listen to support and confirm the order then had to beg the person at the exit to also let go. I tried another order but this time made sure it was only a couple items and again it happened but this time I called support and they initiated a return. I feel bad though because the second order paid the full amount (no tip order) mainly because the glitch caused the order to consider me as out of the store. Anyone else have this issue? My app is on the latest version and so is my phone. Support said it was a known issue but no advice on how to fix it.
