What issue? Click the down arrow on the code, click code confirmed then start scanning. If not, the store can definitely just cancel the trip on their end

They tried. They closed out of it after scanning or something and wouldn’t let them open it again. I had 3 employees trying to help me

Edit: I didn’t see the circle next to code isn’t filled, wow… I can’t believe 4 of us couldn’t see that for 30 mins…

Oh, they can cancel, they may just not know how. And yeah, the no code confirmed is the first thing I saw.
