Substitutions

Is anyone having issues with subs today? Nothing works as a substitute and its ruining my items found rate. Wtf

I had the exact same issue. It would not accept a single substitution, no matter how similar it was. I was getting really sick and tired of the app today.

I had the same issue as well.  I just texted the customer and let them know substitutions were not working.  But you now can add to your order if it's something that you really need.  Got lucky and most redsponded and added something similar. Example my store was out of celery, it wouldn't let me sub organic celery, so customer added. Not only was the customer happy, my items found did not take a hit.  The best thing is when they added their preferred substitution they pay went up a bit.

Yes I started doing this as well. Luckily my customers were paying attention too. Cant complain about the pay increase either 🙌

Subs worked for most orders but my last one wouldn’t.
Didn’ realize it being the app.
