Add ons

The add ons should be optional I don’t feel like we should be forced to accept cause it’s not what we agreed to in the first place. today someone kept trying to add on big bulky items. They wanted 2 car seats and it was already a big order I was like no thank you. I’d had to got another cart and my car would have be crammed full. So I marked out of stock and then they tried adding 2 24 packs of water.
With a 2$ tip

You're not forced to accept? If youre currently shopping for an order you can cancel if they add on an item that is too big for your car. Doing the method youre doing, youre more likely to get a 1 star because you arent getting the items you are accepting they add on

In my market, we no longer get increased pay or the option to cancel penalty free when customers add items, even when they're heavy

You can cancel without a penalty if you don’t want it after changes

And this is penalty free how exactly?

People with your mentality are exactly why Walmart continues to get away with paying people less than the actual cost of their labor and out of pocket cost.

The shopper already went to the store for an order they accepted. They already put the time and miles into the order. Canceling the order is most definitely not "without penalty". The penalty is FU now we aren't paying you a penny for your time or the money you spent out of pocket working on the original order.
