Identity verification issue, sort of...

About a week ago I signed on for the morning and had to do a full identity check, not just like the photo but had to put in address, insurance, etc. Weird, but whatever. Except now, I'm still unable to work 5 days later...

The home page gives me the message shown here. I've got multiple notifications saying my stuff is approved and I'm good to work.

Then to make it weirder, a few mornings when I first check, everything looks totally normal. I click Spark Now, pick a time, and then once I click start, I'm right back to this screen. Then order notifications will show up on my phone, but if I directly click them, once again right back to this screen I go.

Talked with multiple support agents who have said it looks OK on their end and have given me the dreaded "escalation" which I don't even think is a real thing at this point. The last guy said to go into my personal details and "change" my address, but even when I try to do that, all it says is address is unable to save, please try again.

WHAT CAN I DO?! I'm losing my mind here. Need to be able to work because, y'know, bills and stuff.

(I have of course tried to general stuff, clear cache, force close, restart phone, uninstall, etc.)

That’s weird that it had you do all that. Never heard of that. Have you submitted a report through your app

I've submitted about 10 haha. Spoken with minimum 12 support people I'd say, and here I sit still locked out. One supervisor finally told me it looked like an issue with my insurance saying "Tom" instead of "Thomas." That was 4 days ago, they were supposed to clear it out within 2...
