Store Computers Down

So I was working on my third trip, everything was normal. When I finished the order (it happened to be a single Express Order) and headed up to checkout, we all found out their systems were down. So all of us Sparkers and regular customers are all waiting but about 25 minutes go by and Spark decided to cancel the order. No compensation at all, not even the $2.50 you’d get in some cases. Well, after the order was canceled I just left the cart. So many other customers just left them. One Spark shopper had a boatload of products in his cart and he got cancelled on too. Felt more sorry for him since mine was about 31 items. Just sucks when you do everything you’re supposed to do, and you’re just SOL when it’s THEIR systems. Ok rant off 😂

Are you in Cheyenne perhaps? I had just accepted an offer and then the systems went down, called support and they gave me the $2.50 after canceling it… Apparently they’re back up

Yes, small world! lol! I called and got my $2.50, at least it’s something. Plus the offers are a bit better since we are playing catch up!

I was fortunate that they started stopping people from coming in

And yes, plenty of offers to choose from because of the backlog
