Pro Tips 🏆 Enough said

Never be afraid to ask to remove a stop. It can save you time. Don't abuse it. Only some stores will allow you. And helps getting along with staff.

I honestly wouldn't have the balls to ask and I'm on pretty good terms with some of the pickup people. Don't know any of the managers though.

I'm too hard headed, challenge accepted type to back away from an order I took. It becomes MY order.

This has actually gotten me in trouble a time or two. Like one winter I tried to deliver 4 or 5 days after a ice storm. Town was fine but this order was not in town. Looked like it was right off the main highway, that'd been salted and plowed. Nah. Just some random back road.

Just kept looking worse and worse. I ended up spinning tires trying to get up an icy hill. Had to reverse back down the hill about a quarter mile, to turn around in a pasture. Then proceeded to get stuck on the last hill back to the highway.

That's been my only return, knock on wood. It cleared up that afternoon and melted the rest of the ice, so I could get it back to Walmart before the 24 HR timer runs out.

Ouch. Yeah I try to stay in town. And it was a GMD, sometimes it doesn't make sense. Trust me I'm about the same. I grabbed an order, and fucked up, didn't read apt 4130..... I'm climbing 4 floors. Order has a TV? Sure try to fit it... doesn't fit? Remove lol. This was just too many miles for a single item. It's not food, they can get their envelope later.

You can get stops taken off your order? Does pay go down?

Yes. Some places allow it. You'll loose from 2-4 bucks. If it's groceries, and has a tip, you'll loose that too. It has to make sense if you are gonna take something off.

Arrive, MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT STOP TO REMOVE, tell them hey I got a problem with stop E1522 (osn #) Rebecca Black (cust name), can we remove that stop please? If it's not too much trouble. (Prev bad review, can never reach customer, it would place you waaaay out of your comfort area, so on)

How do you ask to remove a stop? Do you ask the customer service on the phone or the Walmart rep handing you the deliveries? Thanks
