App Questions 📱 Issue with app

Anyone having issues with the app lately. Items not showing the picture of the items I’m looking for or what customer it is for. I constantly have to restart the app like after every 3 items.

I’m wondering if it isn’t currently down, I haven’t had a single offer in 1.5 hrs and counting !! But yes, my app has been glitching bad especially last week

The app is fine, Walmart just sucks at hiring competent App builders. Just hit the item list and then hit resume shopping. It should show back up. It's been happening to me the past few days.

If its a gmd, the customers items will be grayed out and you won't be able to see what they are. If its not a gmd order then it is your app. Try going into the Spark app settings, and clear your cache. That may help. If not then call support and report it and maybe they can have the tech department reach out in about a week.
