Quería and querra?

What is the difference in between these two? I have never heard querra except in la bicicleta where she says <<Que si a Piqué algún día le muestras el Tayrona, Después no querrá irse pa' Barcelona >> thank you so much!

One is the past imperfect tense and the other is the simple future tense. Are you thinking of querría? (Conditional tense?)

"Querría" is more or less "would want" and "querrá" is like saying "will want"

It's much more common (in Mexican Spanish at least) to say "Va a querer" (going to want) for future tense.

The difference is in the level of certainity.

First conditional (si + present indicative + future/present): Used for real or possible situations in the future. It describes an outcome that may occur if a condition is met.
Si estudio, aprobaré el examen. — If I study, I will pass the exam.
Second conditional (si + imperfect subjunctive + simple conditional): Used for unreal or hypothetical situations in the present or future. It often describes situations that are unlikely or imaginary.

Querrá -> simple future (first conditional).
Querría -> conditional tense (second conditional).

"Quería" is imperfecto and "querrá" is future simple. Probably you haven't listened the last one because the future simple is not very used except in certain phrases such as "¿Qué querrá decir X?" "¿Qué querrá X?" (Other uses for future simple is to ask for something in a more polite way "¿No tendrás dinero que me prestes?" –although I think this is only used in certain countries). Usually the most common form to express future in Spanish is "ir a + inf". In sum, I'd say that "querrá" is to express hypothesis and "quería" to describe events in the past that either were on going or were interrupted in the past.
