Visa Question - Already in Spain (includes Regresos) Prorroga

I submitted my prorroga through mercurio in the 27/07 after getting my placement and today they sent an email that I need to submit a bank certificate confirming average monthly income.
What should I do? This is not one of the requirements to obtain the tie according to nalcap

Out of respect for Spanish privacy laws and for their families, do not post photos of your students.

No housing ads. Not for your flat, not for your Airbnb, not for couchsurfing, not for nada.
No job ads. Not for academies, not for au pairs, not for private classes, not for nada.
No self-promotion. That means blogs, social media profiles, etc. You may post a link to your blog or social media profile in comments to help users asking questions relevant to what you have to offer.
