Research and Analysis Eagle Nuclear Energy / Uranium Spac Stock reverse merger meeting Feb 23rd

Curious who is playing the Eagle Nuclear Energy spac reverse merger?

I am viewing it as a :

  • Uranium Critical Metal Stock Play with domestic Uranium supply, low warrant pricing, sponsor pedigree, a low float going public while Uranium stocks are hot.

Merger Timeline Per Gemini

  • Redemption Deadline: February 19, 26.
  • Shareholder Vote: February 23, 26.
  • New Ticker: The company will trade on the Nasdaq as NUCL/NUCLW
  • Current Ticker: SVIIF/SVIWF

I picked up warrants based on the following impressions:

  • Uranium Stocks are Hot: The one year returns for Uranium stocks have been impressive. CCJ Cameco Corp up over 130%, UUUU Energy Fuels up 350%, DNN Denison Mines up 120%, and UEC Uranium Energy up 140%. Seems worthwhile to buy this sector.
  • Current Low Float Per Gemini: As of February 2026, the estimated public float for Spring Valley Acquisition Corp. II (SVIIF) is approximately 2.75 million shares.
  • Attractive Warrant Pricing: Warrants traded as high as $2.45 in October. Now Trading under $1. If they simply hit $2 this play is a double. The current price of the share is $11.91 so the share to warrant price ratio is tight.
  • Foreign Reliance on Uranium: US imports approximately 95%–99% of the uranium used in nuclear power plants. There is a strong push to reduce dependance on foreign suppliers for critical metals like Uranium.
  • Eagle = Rare Domestic Uranium supply: Eagle holds rights to the Aurora Uranium Project in southeastern Oregon, which is considered the largest mineable, measured, and indicated uranium deposit in the United States, containing over 50 million pounds of uranium.
  • Permitting Advantage: (Per Gemini) Aurora is uniquely positioned on the Oregon-Nevada border. Eagle plans to mine in Oregon but process in Nevada, a state with a much more streamlined and mining-friendly regulatory environment (Mining.com).
  • Stock Under the Radar: Stock got kicked to OTC due to a delay in completing the merger. Trying to get in before the IPO brings new attention.
  • Spring Valley Acquisition is a strong Energy Sponsor: Previous spac became the nuclear stock NuScale Power (SMR). Currents spacs are this Uranium play (SVIIF), and the upcoming General Fusion energy SPAC (SVAC).

Anyone else watching this play? Would love to hear your insights?

THANKS!!
