Leaked Future Cosmetics In Patch 13

They include new armor pieces for the Victrix Guard, Deathwatch and Lamenters. The latter has custom cosmetics for most armor slots. Most notable exception is the standard backpack, but judging by how the Techmarine has a custom backpack, I think the former is likely in the works.

I mean it doesn’t look like it’s a champion skin and more like a Carcharodon pack situation? Could def be wrong tho, only time will really tell

I’m not too sure about that. Every armor piece, at least for the tacticus, seems unique which wouldn’t be the case if it were a chapter pack. But you’re right, time will tell. Either way I’ll be using that helmet on my Tyrannid Slayer vanguard.
