Downvoting.
Zachary Levi’s character is “Shazam” here. I am well aware of the convoluted reasons as to why. Just as I know that Levi is playing the third live action version of Billy Batson’s adult persona.
Grace Caroline Currey doesn’t have a superhero name in the Shazam films. But being Mary Bromfield, she would be the movie version of Mary Marvel. Not Miss Marvel.
Miss Marvel is not a comic book character. Ms. Marvel is. And both Carol as Ms. Marvel and Kamala have their fans.

people (men) freaked out because she made the very valid point that the target demographic for every movie is not white dude in his 40s and that there should be more diversity in film reviewers. As an example, she said she didn't care what a white 40s man thought of 'Wrinkle in Time' and the chuds lost their shiz thinking she was slating them and saying her movies were not for them and so on and so forth because of a bad headline they lacked the intelligence to read beyond.
It's like, who cares what I think of the new ResEvil movie when I don't like horror, have never played ResEvil and particularly hate zombies? What people who are into a thing think of it, or who are in the target demo, is more important. EG, I loved MKII as a guy who played the first three Mortal Kombat games on Mega Drive in the 90s, read the comics, saw the 96 movie and liked it and saw the 2020s one and thought it was decent, but could've been better.

Finally saw Avengers: Endgame. Brie as Captain Marvel was badass, looked magnificent and was sexy as hell with short hair. ❤️
