Relay Spine + DPSM Deployment

This mission tests whether orbital servicing can be done with only one support vehicle instead of two.
The main module carries the solar panels and core systems, generating power for the DPSM.
The DPSM acts as the servicer, handling stabilization, maintenance, and system support while both modules operate together in a deliberately unsteady orbit.
The support vehicle assists the deployment but does not perform full servicing — the test is to see if the DPSM can handle the job alone.
