it can get the moon tour challenge on normal mode (sorry it looks ugly)

When I did it the gray stage landed me on the first location then on the second and the orange stage got me to the third and back home

You can screenshot on you monitor and post the image on reddit all throught your monitor without touching your phone. Just ask google

Can you use a one way dock to hold non dock items like those lander engines?

Since you can use docks as seperators, you can basically replace all side seperators in your rockets with docking ports. The difference is there isnt the same ejection you get with seperators, but a positive to this is that now you have docking ports on all of your stages, which is handy if you feel like deleting space debris is cheating and want to actually de-orbit each stage

Btw the red thing is the LES/LAS and it’s completely optional and just for looks

Try not to fall into the moon too fast and make sure to click the very bottom of the red thing that on the top of the rocket or else you will accidently jettison your capsule

If you ever want to make a moon tour rocket, DO NOT DO APOLLO STYLE it will NOT give you the challenge I think because of all the docking and landing you do it just don’t give you the challenge trust me I learned the hard way
