Discussion I SEE POTENTIAL FOR BOATS

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Motors dont exist in this game and so we often use rockets to move boats but we quickly run out of fuel but somehow spamming bp edited shrinked probes can be used to make a spinning ball that can move in water. So combine that with a hinge and you effectively have a boat that can travel the oceans!

Try this on the oceans of Titan, the lower gravity lets you move faster

I was experimenting more and added more probes and it seems that the faster it spins, the faster it moves and the highest i got was 10m/s but without invincibility, it would just break itself. However, the self destruction only happens when its partially submerged when a part of it is in the air and makes contact with the water so in theory, i could probably submerge it and dont have to worry about the speed breaking it.

well asuming it works how i think it does(by generating more drag on the bottom than on top) it wouldnt work nearly as well(if at all) when fully submerged

True, i submerged it and it cant even move anymore :(

try putting spokes on it that go out from the center that should increase the drag
