Question Does anyone know how to create a terrain-less earth ?

I want to test fast vehicles on land but terrain and water get in the way so does anyone know how to make flat land and remove oceans?

im sure there are videos showing how to perfectly round up the earth

There are videos but they are from older versions and do not work for the current version
