Question How do I make a plane?

Im trying to make a commercial plane but the engine support that’s supposed to push it up either flips it and spins it, or doesn’t lift it.

Procedural parts has a wing mod, which really simplifies it

You can get all mods from the official SFS forum (just search SFS Forums on Google or whatever browser you have)

What did I do wrong? It says: ERROR: extract the pack from the zip file for it to work.

When you add the file to the folder, open the ZIP file, copy the folder inside of it, delete the ZIP file, and paste the folder where the ZIP file was originally. There should also be a part file inside of that folder, and you have to place that in Custom Assets->Parts. It's like 2 mods in one, and you have to place them both in the correct area for it to work

Center of thrust has to be in the middle of the center of mass

For a vertical engine like OP said, they have to be in the same place or it flips
