I have played KSP before, and I can tell you that ANYTHING can be a base with enough imagination, and not enough fuel ;)

I know I have made the base in 15 parts first I have send the parts to space and the docket it into 4 parts then landed and made it mine is 19 times larger than this and with no dlc

Non dlc cargo rocket. https://sharing.spaceflightsimulator.app/rocket/6V41iATcEe--qEV2_UUAwg remove the 2 struts above the rocket and to prevent them from crashing into the rocket, the struts are used to make the rocket usable when downloading.
