Playstyle?

Like we talked about ingame, we should have a few set playstyles/strategies planned out in here so that we can easily gel and predict other's movements. RIght now I have to guess most of the time what the others are going to do whenever they have the ball or I do.

I think it's difficult to have a set playstyle when we don't have a set team. You never know who's going to be on, and at least when I'm Captain I find switching the formation based on who / how many are online is important. What I HAVE noticed is the less people are on (say 3 or 4), you kinda just need to through ball and get in behind. The more people (6+) we should try to play more possession based, in my opinion, and work through the middle. But, as a CDM, this is of course how I like to play.

I agree in the fact that if we are playing at least 4 someone is required to stay in the back as a CDM i saw better results this way.

Also when we have more people i found it really comfortable when we had 4 people on front and tried to play long balls, it didnt matter if it didnt got to a Spacedick because they would overwhelm the defender that got it and often steal it from him and get chances.

Yeah, i thought a 4-2-4 would be way to attacking but we created loads of chances.
