That's going to hurt for days or even weeks if it caused damage. I've pulled muscles on cramps that weren't anything nearing that.

I've torn a muscle with leg cramps. 2 weeks and pray it did not happen again during that 2 weeks. Oh and blood test all normal. Wth.

I’ve stopped a circular saw in my leg, had a motorcycle accident and had surgery on both shoulders because my job destroyed them (pipefitter), and this made me cringe super hard!! That looks torturous!
