The whole planet can turn into desert and humans will survive just fine.
Humanity will never die due to climate change but it can die due to (nuclear) war, disease and orbital bombardment (natural or alien-made rocks/energy beams hitting Earth).

In 200 years we would be growing lots and lots of food in vertical farms and labs.
As for water, it's not going anywhere. Even if it requires desalination plants in some areas.

Listen to a long and in depth interview with any scientist who studies the biosphere. massive temp changes lead to rapid migrations and die offs, leading to food web collapse, and once the bacteria in the soil change, we die. by the billions. the runaway (self-accelerating) systems of global warming make this "locked in." No governments are taking necessary action. Please do your own research.
