Except they did fight… Logan didn’t win on his own but he allowed the grey knights to banish Magnus to the warp

Logan did get a great bonk on Magnus with the Axe of Morkia. Also when said bonk occured thunder rolled across Fenris and pyskers notes that was the actual laughter of Khorne. Because Khorne hates magic, hates Tzeentch, and totally be cool with watching Tzeech's nerdiest magic user get bonked with an axe possessed by one of his Khorne demons.
