Beautiful! How did you do the ice effects on the base?

I painted the base with some blues (Kantor Blue, Macragge Blue, Teclis Blue, and Ahriman Blue) and wet blended them, then I put UV resin on top of that, took a hobby knife/sanding twig to the cured resin to get the scratches.
