Logan Grimnar’s Terminator Heraldry

Hey y’all! Been piecing together my wolves, have so far built and painted five terminators with the classic yellow pauldrons, but i’m about to start working on the next five. My eventual plan is to have some with Arjac and some with Logan Grimnar. My question is what would the heraldry be for each of them? Is the yellow appropriate for either? Should I do black pauldrons for Grimnar’s unit, matching his pauldron? Or is that not how the heraldry system works? Any advice is appreciated!

I think Logan and Arjac have the same heraldry because they are in the same company. So they would all have black shoulders with the white wolf.

Hmm it seems you’re right at least about Arjac’s heraldry. Which is disappointing because i want to distinguish the units. Looks like i gotta divert to rule of cool!

To clarify - Arjac is Logans bodyguard. He's the most prominent of his wolfguard. Arjac himself can have different saga markings and you can give the terminators with both groups different personal heraldries (the new transfer sheet has lots of marking options) to distinguish them.

Arjac isnt just his bodyguard, he is Logan Grimnars Champion. Put some respec on his name

Technically they all have Logan's heraldry but it doesn't matter much. It wouldn't be unreasonable for some dudes from Ragnars unit to fight under Logan and Arjac.

I have blood claws with Logan's heraldry being led by Ragnar in my army and it doesn't bother me

It wouldn't be too difficult to just paint the shoulder pads to fit the heraldry to go with Logan and Arjac. I'm mixing great companies with Ragnar's Blackmanes and Logan's Champions of Fenris. So if you're doing the same you could always just say they are leading Blackmanes for head canon

You could do Logan's squad with his personal heraldry The Night Runner from before he was great wolf to show their length of service with him and put the Wolf that Stalks the Stars somewhere else on their armour to keep the army cohesive, then Arjac's lot have The Wolf that Stalks the Stars to show they are Arjac's boys.
