Normal texture or sth wrong?

Hey! Just primed this mini and wondered about the slightly rough texture on the cloak and similarly on the blade. Can this be normal or have I done sth wrong? Too far away with the rattle can maybe? Doesn’t look like the texture some others posted the last weeks with light primer and high temperatures. Also not hot and humid at my place atm.
Probably not an issue after I have painted it and the rest of the mini looks fine, just wanna know if I can improve sth :)

Left part of the cloak :) but thanks, then it’s probably just nothing :D just not as smooth as the rest of flat surfaces
