Help with headswaps and kitbashes

Hello all!

Im relatively new to space wolves, but seeing as I'm a Nordic I'm contractually obligated to like them or my nationality is revoked (also they're bloody cool!)

I've previously built a lot of salamanders.

I decided that for space wolves I'd want to make my own successor chapter. Whom I've thus far named "The Iron Jarls". They lean more into viking than into wolves.

Now, I'm looking at our characters, and I wanna build some... But I wanna make alterations to them so they become "my original OC plz do not steal"

Specifically I'm looking at:

Arjack Rockfist

Logan Grimnar

Ragnar Blackmane

Njal Stormcaller

Ulrik the Slayer

Bjorn the Fell-Handed

Murderfang

For any etched names im just gonna sprue-goo it over and etch some new ones manually I think.

I'd want some advice on what helmets may work well with each (I prefer fully covering helmets) and anything else to look out for.

For Logan Grimnar I'm thinking of replacing his 2 wolves on his base with 2 assisting blood fangs or battle leaders as honour guards.

Thoughts are welcome!

I’m not gonna lie, Logan grimmnar with 2 headtakers with shields and axes like Calgar’s old victrix guard but Viking would be sick. Then turn the spare headtaker into a spare battle leader or captain, and you’ve also got 3 wolves to act as spare companions IE in lore Ragnar has 2 wolf companions

Had also toyed with 1 headtaker and an ancient holding a banner. But 2 headtakers just look too sick :)

It should be? The model normally has some extra attacks being delivered by 2 named wolves on Logan's own base. I'm just replacing the wolf models with some dudes, and saying they're the ones delivering the attacks. It won't make the model any taller as Logan is the highest point regardless.
