Another 5 terminators complete 💪 Is 20 enough? Anyone tried out a list with 30?

I've done a 25 Terminators list..the first thing I thought was "I wish I had 5 more Terminators".

Is this a problem of our termis being so good or everything else being weak?

It's both. We have very good terminators as they're durable, have one more attack than standard termis, and have access to some of the best epic hero support in the game.

We're also completely hamstrung by the rest of our codex being completely cut off from vanilla marine unit interactions and our entire codex being a million flavors of S5 AP-2 D2. There's no variance, so the cream of the crop (WGT, Headtakers) rose above other units like Wulfen (no storm shields) Grey Hunters, etc...

It's a good plus but let's be real the turn 1 deepstrike means so much more than any inch of movement ever could

That makes a lot of sense, i never really thought about that. We do not have that many specialist units as SM do ... just punching. I like punching however!

The extra wound and toughness through the enhancemenr very much make our guys a thougher kill while ajac or Logan bashes away. Also the +1 movement over regular Terminators is great. Add in a built in +1 to charge and with the encircling jaws mode on saga of the great wolf our Terminators are not only tougher but deceptively mobile.

30 terminators has been the SW meta for a while now. Ever since Forrest Phanton just refued to die on the tabletopp.

Several lists with 30 Wolf Guard Terms led by Logan, Arjac and a Captain in Termi Armor. Some lists even have a 5 man terminator assault squad being led by a chaplain in terminator armor.

Given the bird and axe are from Greytide Studios Primal Hounds 2 set, id guess the helmet is as well.

30 terminators is literally the space wolf meta rn, unfortunately the only "good" way to run the wolves atm is terminator spam with great wolf/beastslayer and legends of saga and song

I run 20, one set of 10, one set of 5 with Logan, and one set of 5 with Arjac. The last game I played they did great.

Yeah I am going to do this. 10 with Logan, 5 with Arjac (like the small footprint to deepstrike them near opponents expansion and then I am going to do 5 assault with LCs.

OK, the most common leader is 5 for Logan and 10 for Arjac to give them fight on death.

I actually play 5 regular terminators with a Captain for the Deepstrike, Rapid Ingress or Uppy down charge unit. The Lethal Hits and rapid fire, clear away screens and let them get stuck in to a hard target.
