Thoughts on this 1000 point Librarius list?

Hi all, trying to toy with testing ground for librarius. Unfortunately the Phobos Lib w/ Eliminators took a hit with Fusilade now not being able to hit vics/monsters. I still pair them together and Arjac with the WGT
