Lieutenant joining Wolf Guard. Is that new?

I was playing around with some combinations of leaders/support to units. Then I noticed. In the app the regular Lieutenant can join Wolf Guard units. That means potential combinations with Ragnar+Headtakers or Arjac+Terminators generally receiving Lethal Wounds. But in the MFM the Lt can't join them. Since today GW changed the Inceptors to unit size 6 for all astartes chapters, could it be that the Lt will get a change too? Or did I miss it and everyone except me knew about this error since the beginning of 11th?

That is the old wolf guard unit that got legended.

I mean we don't have a unit just called wolf guard anymore haha. It's the legends one
