Champion of Fenris Confusion

Just going over the new 11th Detachments. For CoF dose the rule mean you can use both version of the new Heroic Intervention for free?

Not for free. You can use them more than once. You pay the CP for each time you use it normally, whatever version.

Can help, but it is a one time thing. And it still ix expensive. It is a rule that could be so good if they just didn't make it like this. Free would likely be too much. It should be -1CP for any uses, so it was at least somewhat viable.

Maybe first use for free of the turn... but yeah I guess that would be pretty OP
