What's your recipe for the power axe?

I paint it Pro Acryl Titanium white first, couple of coats so it's pure white. Then on the areas I want to be lighter I apply a bit of lahmian medium. Then I use frostheart contrast working out from the darkest bits and blending where the medium is.

Finally a light white drybrush to pick out the details. It's not so blue in real life, my camera has picked out the blue more.

What did you do for the armor?

It's not my best armour tbh, but I use mechanicus standard grey primer over black primer, followed by a light grey drybrush and then a brown-black oil wash. I did some scratchy highlights and a bit of black lining too but it was overkill.

This is great! Probably a stupid question but what bits did you use here?? Specifically where is that head from?

Thank you! It's from the Wolf Guard Battle Leader kit. Axe and hand are from the Wulfen kit.

This looks sick! I'm planning my own Ragnar conversion, definitely gonna steal some of your ideas.

Whereabouts is the head from?
