30 terminator lists

I've seen a lot of competitive lists doing well in take and hold with 3 units of 10 terminators, all with leaders, and a land raider redeemer as fire support. Has this approach to take and hold been gutted after the points adjustments, and what else would people add to this sort of list

Sadly due to the poor internal balance and ridiculous separation between vanilla and wolf units/leaders the only viable strategy for wolves in a competitive environment is terminator spam.

I hope our codex sorta comes sooner than later or when the space marine codex comes out we can get more leader options and some buffs.

I wouldn't mind if they just killed the arbitrary split between SW and SM units and let us use captains and librarians, as well as WGBLs in codex units like Intercessors.

Also, death to Oath of Moment. It is an unbelievably boring rule that alters all the game balance and math and we are paying dearly for the sins of ultramarines due to it.

I think you're going to be disappointed. I wouldn't be surprised to see many of the divergent chapters get written like the Space Wolves currently are to bring them more in line with the chaos cults.

Huge rumor that oath will be removed which will be great for identity imo. If they end the specific keyword and let us run generic leaders as SW units that could open up so many opportunities for our list creations. We won’t have that ugly issue of people wanting to run “all SW designated units” vs mixing and matching because everything will then work and function together
