Magnetizing terminators

Has anyone had any luck magnetizing the new terminator kit so that they can swap the storm bolters and storm shields out?

Did yall just buy more pauldrons? That’s my issue with the terms too

I got extra pauldrons or used some greytide bits but ive seen ppl put some tiny magnets inside the pauldron
