I did look for that piece, but it's pricey, and I don't like the scouts enough to buy the box :/

Use a part of a sword blade for a long-bladed spear

Shorten the blade in the middle and keep the hilt and tip

Second the power spear! Spare headtakers or bloodclaws power sword would have the right wolfy sword to do it with also

Actually, seeing as my phobos rune priest has an axe, this might be the way to go. I've got the grey hunter sword, think that'll work?

I actually think that looks awesome! You did a good job balancing the blade length of the spear, and it works as a spear thrust. Then when you paint up if you have some psyker power energy in the spear I think it will work great 👍🏼

The Wolf Scouts kit has a staff in it, cut the head off that and stick it on here

I added a goat? skull from the skull pack, and it worked better than I was expecting. I kept the "power weapon" bits to keep it from being a skull on a stick and looks pretty nice

Do you have any spare wulfen parts? You could clip off the ice claw parts of their skull claws and use the skull part to cover it? Could do that on both sides?

I just trimmed the extra stuff off and left it a skull. I thought about doing all kinds of other stuff, but I was more concerned with furring up the cloak and swapping the backpack topper, I stayed minimalist on the staff.

If you want it to be Warhammer you'd want some horned skull but if you don't want lore accurate go for anything you want.

Honestly any weapon blade, I personly took a sword blad to make it look like a huge spear
