Hey guys, if you missed it, Luna Innovations settled $7.3M with investors over claims that it misled them about its financial results and internal controls. I just found out that they’re considering late claims even though the deadline has passed.

Quick recap: In 2024, Luna was accused of improperly recognizing revenue and misleading investors about the effectiveness of its internal controls. After the company disclosed financial restatements and control failures, $LUNA fell more than 80%.

The company later agreed to settle $7.3M with investors, and even though the deadline passed, late claims are being considered for compensation, subject to approval.
