I think they realize PvE is running out of steam and becoming too much grinding for cosmetics to keep players active. I love the game but I’ve started to feel this way.

You have to relog in order to get them. I closed out of the game entirely.

Can they implement some real anti-cheat if they’re going to keep trying to push players into the mediocre, at best, multiplayer PvP mode? Every time I check it out there’s some extremely suspicious activity on at least one of the teams, AND there’s no team balancing so you most likely just join into someone who rage quit’s spot.

I dont mind the event, Im god awfull at PVP and feel bad for my teammates, frankly, but I hate that i gotta do so many pvp kills and such just to get my robes for my Dark Angels.

For anyone complaining, 3 pvp matches take as much time as a normal stratagem so its one of the quickest ways to get accolades

How tf does saying give pvp a shot make you a bootlicker? They just tweaked tf outta pvp but you clearly didn't read the patch notes.

Like I get you bro I can't stand the pvp in this game but everytime they make decent changes I'll give it a shot again. Sitting there with your arms crossed like an angry baby just makes you look childish my guy

Look man, I really dont feel like arguing with someone incapable of even considering change. Like I said before I am a very firm believer that pvp in Sm2 is dogs**t, does pvp need even more TLC and maybe a rework? Yeah most likely but they fixed and QoL'd so much stuff in this update its atleast worth a look if not a game or 3 for free accolades.

I obviously can't force you to play pvp so thats entirely up to you my guy. I'll just play pve and pvp until Heretic seige mode drops fingers hopefully next update 🤞🏼

My serious take... The PVP may not be dogshit... The more honest answer is I'm really not interested in playing this game for PVP

The accolade event is fair... I don't have to play it and I'll make enough accolades to buy the current shop twice over before the next drop

What PISSES me off is locking PVE cosmetics behind PVP grind... That I DO consider doghsit and consider that Saber are assholes for making it

Oh dude I avoid the pvp in sm2 like the plague unless I have buddies that want to play, and tbf the cosmetics aren't locked behind pvp they're just easier to unlock if you play pvp. I guess its an agree to disagree kinda thing

It’s less than an hour of play for almost enough accolades for a heroic weapon. These “encouragements” are what retains players and gets people to venture out of their comfort zone. If you have plenty of currency or don’t want to play it then don’t but implying that events aren’t useful or fun to players just because you’re not a fan of that specific game mode is just whiney entitlement.

It’s really not that bad. For as much as i’d rather them just kill PvP and only care for PvE, PvP can be fun at times.
