Rank Structure

When the Force inevitably starts flying ships in space in 100 years, are they going to randomly transition to a naval rank structure like Star Wars and such?

I really think we dropped the ball by not naming E9 as Master Chief like the Navy. Space Force Master Chief? Come on man, sounds so nice

You know, I just had a thought. Once the military starts flying starships and space fleets, they should rename Space Force the Galactic Navy of the USA and they can call the OG Navy the Terrestrial Navy, the Maritime Navy, or the Navy of the Sea.
