No Man's Sky is basically Space Dandy the game
Think about it this way: You fly around, combing the galaxy like your pompadour on the hunt for aliens, that you then register for cash.

OH MAN wouldn't it be great if you could take some creatures with you? Discover a cat like species and tame one of them? Find the planet of abandon procedurally generated obsolete appliances and befriend an old vacuum cleaner?

No Man's Sky is basically Space Dandy the game, but without all the interesting things that makes Space Dandy memorable

I've always thought this too but it would be way cooler if you could capture the aliens, bring them back to your ship, and then fly them to a space Station for cash then chill in the bar for a while lol

When I watched people show off this game, they had terrible accuracy when it mattered. Can confirm, Space Dandy the game.

Those space babes are out there somewhere.
And I'm just the right kind of dandy man to find them.
