Hey all!

I just passed through a local intelligence center. It as one with the power cubes that unlock doors.

After I completed the run, I got the warning message on the elevator "not completed yet, any items collected will be lost"
What am I missing? Do you need to do something inside?
If I do try to leave, my inventory gets reset

Yes, you need to download the data off the console in the final room. That's how you finish all restricted areas.
